Puppy yoga is a unique experience that combines traditional yoga with the joy of interacting with playful puppies. During the session, you’ll practice yoga poses while adorable puppies roam around, cuddle, and play with participants. It’s a great way to relax, de-stress, and enjoy the company of furry friends!
Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly and focus on relaxation and fun. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, you’ll enjoy the playful and lighthearted atmosphere.
Our puppies come from trusted breeders, rescues, or adoption organizations. Some sessions may feature adoptable puppies, giving them a chance to socialize while finding their forever homes.
If we are partnering with a rescue or shelter, some puppies may be available for adoption. We’ll provide information on how to apply for adoption after class.
Booking & Policies
You can book a class directly through our website. Select your preferred date and time, complete the registration, and secure your spot with payment.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class and are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your class time up to 3 days in advance, subject to availability.
You can bring your own yoga mat if you’d like, but we also provide mats for all participants.
Unfortunately, for the safety and comfort of all participants and puppies, outside dogs are not allowed at our sessions.
Yes, all participants must sign a waiver before attending class. This ensures that everyone understands the nature of the experience and agrees to the terms of participation.
During Class
Comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for movement. Keep in mind that puppies may jump and play, so avoid loose or delicate fabrics.
Yes! The puppies will be free to roam, play, and interact with participants throughout the session. Some may snuggle up with you while others explore.
Yes, all puppies participating in our classes are up-to-date on their vaccinations and checked by a vet to ensure they are healthy.
Puppies are still learning, so accidents can happen. We have cleaning supplies on hand, and our team will take care of any messes right away.
Health & Safety
If you have pet allergies, please consult with your doctor before attending. While we do our best to maintain a clean environment, dander will be present. However, our sessions primarily feature Goldendoodles, which are hypoallergenic and generally safe for allergy sufferers.
Yes! Puppy yoga is safe for kids ages 10 and up, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
If you’re nervous around dogs, our friendly and well-socialized puppies may help you feel more comfortable. The environment is lighthearted and welcoming, which might help you warm up to the idea of having a connection with a pup.

What should I bring to a Puppy Yoga session?
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch easily. While we provide a clean, safe space for you and the puppies, having your own mat adds extra comfort. Don’t forget your camera or phone — you’ll definitely want to capture a few puppy snuggles! Most importantly, bring an open heart and a playful spirit.
How are the puppies cared for during the classes?
The health and well-being of our puppies is our top priority. All pups are supervised by trained staff and have access to water, rest areas, and plenty of breaks. We limit the number of participants to ensure a calm and safe environment for the animals. Our space is regularly cleaned and sanitized, and we work closely with ethical breeders or shelters to ensure the puppies are healthy, happy, and properly socialized.
